|
The diagnosis and treatment of extrapulmonary tuberculosis in HIV-infected patients are often delayed because the symptoms are various and nonspecific. We experienced one case of extrapulmonry tuberculosis that manifested as extensive retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy in an AIDS patient.(Korean J Med 73:S1050-S1054, 2007)
